Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. Your appointment time is reserved solely for your therapy. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours proceeding your appointment. Cancellations after this time period will result in a $50.00 charge per service hour, per person for any and all appointments. Same day cancelation and/or no show results in 100% fee for service charge.

If you know you are going to want a weekend appointment, try and book it two to three weeks in advance. During the week we can usually get you in next day rarely can make same day appointments.
